Serotonin Production Hypnosis

Serotonin is often called the ‘Happy Hormone’ - it’s a feel good chemical that the body produces when we are in the ‘rest and restore’ mode. Unfortunately if someone has experienced trauma, they might it difficult to access this mode, as the body and mind become hypervigilant for potential threats to our safety (fight or flight mode) which can result in being serotonin depleted.

The body and mind are very interconnected, and by telling the body to start produce just the right amount of serotonin you can naturally increase production of the happy hormone.
